"I’m Chloe — a STOTT-Certified Pilates teacher, crystal bowl sound healer, and lifelong mover. After rehabbing a back injury through Pilates, I discovered how precise form and body awareness can unlock real, lasting strength. That experience shaped the way I teach today: with a focus on alignment, awareness, and efficiency, so you feel confident, pain-free, and powerful in your body."

I teach in-person classes, retreats, and events across the Cotswolds, and I also guide a worldwide online community through my Online Studio.
Whether you join me locally or virtually, my goal is the same: to help you move well, feel strong, and stay consistent, with practices you can carry into everyday life.
